Job Description – Back Office Executive (Telecaller)Job Title: Back Office Executive (Telecaller)
Location: Chandigarh
- EligibilityMinimum Qualification: 12th Pass
- Age: 18 years and above
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- SalaryGross Salary: As per the minimum wages of the State.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads for appliances and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
- Call customers from the provided database to schedule appointments.
- Maintain customer and lead details in the prescribed formats.
- Coordinate with the Team Leader (TL), Business Development Manager (BDM), and Sales Executives for lead conversion.
- Support the sales team in achieving business targets.
- Required SkillsGood communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to maintain records accurately.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Preferred Candidate ProfileComfortable making outbound calls.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to work in a team and meet daily targets.
