We are looking for a confident and energetic Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining our services, and converting prospects into customers over calls.
- 💼 Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential clients
- Generate and qualify leads for services like website development, SEO, and Google Workspace
- Explain company services clearly and professionally
- Follow up with interested clients and close sales
- Maintain customer database and daily call reports
- Handle client queries and provide accurate information
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- 🧠 Required SkillsGood communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, etc.)
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
