Business Development Executive (0-2 yrs)| Hobfit | Faridabad (On-site)
Hobfit is a leading women’s health & fitness platform offering AI-powered workouts, medical care, and personalized wellness solutions.
Role Description
We are hiring Female Business Development Executives (BDE) to drive sales, manage client relation, and client acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Convert potential hot leads into business opportunities, by pitching and closing deals.
- Managing client relationships through regular communication to meet business goals.
- Meet or exceed sale targets with effective strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in BBA, BCom, MBA or a related field
- Strong communication skills, including building and maintaining client relationships
- Experience (0-2 yrs) in Business Development, Lead Generation, and Account Management
- Ability to work well in an on-site, fast paced environment
Competitive Salary Package: ₹2,64,000 Fixed Basic Pay + ₹1,30,000 Incentives (based on performance)
