Job Description
- Generate new business opportunities for Farsight Technologies' HRMS solutions (SaaS & On-Premises).
- Identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients through cold calling, networking, digital channels, and referrals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Understand client HR and payroll requirements and propose suitable HRMS solutions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to consistently achieve revenue targets.
- Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Implementation, and Support teams for seamless customer onboarding.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and CRM updates.
- Bachelor's degree with 3–8 years of B2B software sales experience, preferably in HRMS, ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software.
