Business Operations Executive (Sales Support & Operations)

Mectric Industrial Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive Business Operations Executive to manage day-to-day business operations across our HVAC, Electrical and IoT divisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle B2B & B2C customer enquiries and follow-ups.
• Generate new business leads through calling, references and online research whenever required.
• Prepare quotations, BOQs and invoices.
• Maintain ERP and CRM records.
• Coordinate installations and service schedules with customers and engineers.
• Follow up on customer payments.
• Promote Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), paid services and product upgrades.
• Search suitable GeM tenders and prepare tender documentation.
• Coordinate with architects, electricians, builders, OEMs and channel partners.
• Manage spare parts inventory and vendor coordination.
• Maintain reports and support daily business operations.

• Willingness to learn and take ownership

Preferred Skills

• ERP / CRM
• Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
• Experience in HVAC, Electrical or Industrial Products.
• GeM Tender Management.
• IoT knowledge (training will be provided).

Education Preference

• Graduates from any discipline may apply.
• B.Tech / Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or related fields) candidates will be given preference.
