Counter Sales Executive

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Counter Sales Executive for our bakery outlet. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, handling orders, and ensuring a smooth sales experience at the counter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the bakery.
• Help customers choose cakes, pastries, and other bakery products.
• Handle billing, cash, UPI, and card payments.
• Take cake orders for birthdays, anniversaries, and special occasions.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper display of bakery items at the counter.
• Coordinate with kitchen and delivery team for order preparation and dispatch.
• Maintain daily sales records and reports.
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of billing or POS systems is preferred.
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and festive seasons.
• Prior experience in bakery, café, or retail sales will be an advantage.
