Job Description
- Machine MaintenancePreventive and breakdown maintenance of production machines.
- Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues.
- Ensure minimum machine downtime.
- Regular inspection of motors, panels, sensors, switches, and wiring.
- Preventive MaintenanceFollow preventive maintenance schedules.
- Maintain maintenance checklists and records.
- Ensure timely lubrication and servicing of machines.
- Electrical WorkHandle basic electrical panel work and wiring.
- Check MCBs, contactors, relays, and control systems.
- Monitor power supply and electrical safety.
- Utility MaintenanceMaintenance of compressors, air lines, lighting systems, and utility equipment.
- Monitor factory utilities for smooth functioning.
- Safety & ComplianceFollow all safety procedures during maintenance work.
- Use PPE and maintain safe working conditions.
- Support 5S and Kaizen activities in the department.
- DocumentationMaintain machine history records.
- Update breakdown reports and maintenance logs.
- Inform seniors about major maintenance issues.
