Job Description: Sales Team Leader – Personal Loan Industry
Location: Noida
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience + high incentives)
Industry: BFSI / NBFC / Personal Loan
Experience Required: 2+ Years in Personal Loan Sales with Team Handling experience.
Role Overview
We are looking for a result-driven Sales Team Leader with a proven background in the Personal Loan industry. You will be responsible for leading a team of 8–10 sales executives, driving loan disbursals, ensuring high team performance, and managing the end-to-end sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate a team of 8–10 telesales/sales executives to achieve monthly loan disbursement targets.
- Target Achievement: Ensure the team achieves monthly and quarterly Personal Loan (PL) disbursal targets and Balance Transfer (BT) goals.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion of leads into logins and finally to disbursement.
- Process Management: Monitor the end-to-end loan process—from customer acquisition to documentation, verification, and disbursement.
- Performance Monitoring: Conduct daily performance reviews, provide coaching, and implement sales strategies to improve team productivity.
- Compliance: Ensure all team members comply with company policies, bank regulations, and KYC guidelines.
Required Experience & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in Personal Loan sales is compulsory.
- Team Handling: Proven experience in managing a team of sales professionals.
- Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Personal Loan products, Balance Transfer (BT), and Overdraft (OD) products across major banks/NBFCs.
- Skills: Excellent communication (Hindi/English), leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Target-Driven: Must be target-oriented and capable of working under pressure
