Guest Relations Executive (GRE) who can attract walk-in customers and encourage guests to visit our café & restaurant during evening hours.

Your main responsibility will be to interact with nearby guests, explain offers/menu highlights and create a welcoming experience that increases customer footfall.

This role is ideal for someone who has strong communication skills, a presentable personality and enjoys interacting with people.

• Working HoursPart-Time Shift: 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Approach and engage guests outside the café/restaurant professionally
• Convince walk-in customers to visit the café & restaurant
• Explain ongoing offers, ambience and menu specialties
• Maintain positive guest interaction and first impression
• Support in increasing daily customer footfall and sales
• Coordinate with restaurant staff for smooth guest handling
• Build a friendly and welcoming environment for customers
• Handle basic customer queries confidently
• Required SkillsStrong communication and convincing skills
• Sales and customer handling ability
• Presentable personality and positive attitude
• Confidence in public interaction
• Basic knowledge of hospitality/customer service
• Team coordination and guest management skills
• EligibilityFreshers and experienced candidates both can apply
• Good spoken Hindi required
• Basic English communication is a plus
• Candidates with hospitality, sales or promotion experience will be preferred
