Admission Counsellor

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Academic Counsellor with prior experience in guiding students for CLAT/IPMAT/CAT/CUET exam preparation. This is a full time on-site opportunity for professionals passionate about helping students navigate their academic journeys and achieve their goals through The Study Anchor's learning platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personalized guidance to students for exam preparation, study planning, and career decision-making.

- Respond to online and offline inquiries related to admissions, courses, and exam strategies.

- Generate online and offline leads through cold calling and follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, or email to ensure high conversion and satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress.

- Communicate with parents to address academic concerns and provide updates on student progress.

- Support and manage student queries by offering clear, accurate information and solutions.

- Convert leads into enrollments by effectively communicating course value and benefits.

- Work closely with faculty and academic teams to support overall student success.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in academic counselling, preferably in CLAT/IPMAT/CAT/CUET domain is an advantage.

- Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi.

- Ability to handle student queries effectively and empathetically.

- Familiarity with online education tools/platforms.

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field

- Understanding of education systems and entrance examinations in India
