Job Description

  • Job ResponsibilitiesCounsel students and parents regarding college admissions and career opportunities.
  • Explain courses, colleges, fee structures, scholarships, and admission processes.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for student inquiries.
  • Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing, social media, and references.
  • Maintain student data and update CRM regularly.
  • Assist students in application form filling and admission procedures.
  • Build strong relationships with students and parents.
  • Achieve monthly admission and counseling targets.
  • Coordinate with colleges/universities for admission updates.
