We are looking for passionate, confident, and career-driven Education Counselors to join our growing team in Delhi NCR.

🔹 Role & Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and working professionals regarding higher education programs

• Understand candidate career goals and recommend suitable academic pathways

• Handle inbound and outbound student inquiries professionally

• Explain admission process, eligibility, fees structure, and course benefits

• Maintain follow-ups with prospective students and manage lead records

• Coordinate with the admissions team for successful enrollments

• Build trust and maintain strong student relationships throughout the counseling process

🔹 Candidate Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in Hindi & English

• Good counseling, convincing, and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer and CRM knowledge

• Positive attitude with a student-first approach

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome

• Prior experience in Education Counseling, Academic Consulting, or Student Support will be an advantage

🔹 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Management, or related field preferred
