Job Description

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries from calls, WhatsApp, website, and marketing campaigns
  • Connect with leads from CRM, databases, and marketing sources
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable 3D printer solutions
  • Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly
  • Follow up with interested prospects to move them toward purchase decisions
  • Generate quotations and coordinate with the sales team when required
  • Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM or Excel
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
