💼 Position: CRM Executive – Export Market
👩 Gender: Female
📍 Location: Sector-87, Faridabad
🕒 Experience: 4 – 8 Years
💰 Salary: ₹30,000 PM
📌 Key Responsibilities:
🌍 Manage Customer Relationships for Export Clients
📧 Handle International Email Communication & Follow-ups
📋 Process Orders, Quotations & Customer Documentation
📦 Coordinate with Production, Dispatch & Logistics Teams
📊 Maintain CRM Records, Reports & Customer Database
🤝 Resolve Customer Queries and Ensure Timely Support
📈 Prepare MIS Reports and Update Management Regularly
📌 Requirements:
🗣️ Excellent English Communication Skills
🌍 Experience in Export Market Coordination Preferred
💻 Good Knowledge of MS Excel, Email & CRM Software
📋 Strong Documentation & Follow-up Skills
