Job Description

  1. Explain credit report and CIBIL score basics to new clients in simple language
  2. Set correct expectations: Timelines, process, and that score improvement is not instant/guaranteed
  3. Enroll clients in CRM and explain services, fees etc.
  4. Identify issues with clients: Late payments, defaults, high utilization, errors, written-off accounts
  5. Note disputes and forward to credit analyst team for action
  6. Explain factors affecting score: Payment history, credit mix, inquiries, utilization
  7. Answer calls/emails/chats about case status, document requirements, score updates
  8. Handle anxious/angry clients with empathy: credit issues are stressful and personal
