Job Description:
We are looking for an active and smart candidate to handle our online shopping portal and talk to customers over the phone.
What you will do (Key Responsibilities):
Calling: Call customers to explain our products, answer their questions, and close sales.
Order Management: Check daily orders on our website/portal and update their tracking status.
Customer Support: Help customers with returns, exchanges, or payment issues over calls and WhatsApp.
Listing: Add new products, photos, and prices to our online store.
Who can apply (Requirements):
Education: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Experience: 1-2 years in Telesales/BPO or E-commerce.
Skills: Good communication skills in [Hindi and basic English].
Tech: Must know basic computer typing, MS Excel, and how to use the internet.
