Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering to oversee and maintain electrical systems, ensure safety standards, and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and hands-on experience in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance of electrical equipment and systems.

Troubleshoot electrical faults and resolve issues promptly.

Maintain electrical wiring, control systems, and distribution panels.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes.

Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment.

Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

Coordinate with other engineering teams for system upgrades and repairs.

Implement energy-saving initiatives and optimize electrical systems for efficiency.

Support in the planning and execution of maintenance schedules.

Qualifications & Skills:

B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Proven experience in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.

Knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards.

Familiarity with electrical control systems, PLCs, and SCADA.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication skills.

Preferred Attributes:

Certification in Electrical Safety or related areas.

Experience with industrial electrical systems.

Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
