Job Description
Role Summary
The I&C Coordinator serves as the single point of contact (SPOC) between the corporate office and government schools for all installation and commissioning activities. The role kicks in once material have been delivered at the school site and covers scheduling, on-ground coordination, and feedback management for various projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Confirm material receipt with school authorities and update the installation tracker accordingly
- Schedule installation visits in coordination with the I&C Manager based on school availability and team deployment
- Coordinate school-side prerequisites before installation (room readiness, electricity availability, school POC presence, etc.)
- Serve as the day-to-day communication link between schools and the corporate I&C team
- Relay any site-readiness issues, access challenges, or rescheduling requests to the I&C Manager promptly
- Follow up with schools to collect post-installation sign-offs, feedback forms, and photographic documentation
- Maintain school-wise trackers covering installation type, material receipt status, scheduled date, completion status, and pending actions
- Maintain communication logs (calls, emails, WhatsApp) for all school interactions
- Generate daily/weekly status reports for the I&C Manager
- Coordinate with government nodal officers or district education office representatives where required
Key Skills & Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Sc./B.Com, BBA, or similar preferred)
- 2–3 years of experience in back-office coordination, customer support, or project support roles
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple schools simultaneously
- Prior experience in EdTech, government project coordination, or infrastructure rollouts is a plus
