About Kasturi Creations
Kasturi Creations is a premium Indian women's ethnic-wear brand with 15 retail stores across NCR and a fast-growing online business. Our stores blend heritage craft with a warm, premium retail feel. We're hiring an Interior Decorator Intern to help our spaces look as beautiful as our collections.
Role Overview
A hands-on internship for a design-minded fresher who wants real exposure to retail interiors and visual merchandising. You'll work with our team to style, decorate and refresh our stores — from window displays to in-store decor — across our 15 locations. Ideal for someone who loves spaces, styling and a premium aesthetic, and wants to learn store design and VM on the ground.
Key Responsibilities
- Visual Merchandising: assist with window displays, in-store styling, props, mannequins and product displays
- Store Decor: help plan and refresh decor, layouts and lighting for a premium, heritage-luxe look
- New Store & Events: support new-store setups and seasonal/festive refreshes — concept to execution
- Brand Consistency: help maintain a consistent look and feel across all 15 stores
- Vendor & Material Support: coordinate with vendors on props, materials and display elements
- Research: track retail design, VM and styling trends to bring in fresh ideas
- Travel locally to stores for setups, refreshes and audits
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Interior Design / Décor (or a strong eye + relevant work)
- Good sense of colour, space, styling and detail
- Basic AutoCAD / SketchUp / Canva is a plus (not mandatory)
- Proactive, hands-on and willing to travel locally
- Available full-time, on-site in Faridabad
- Freshers welcome
