Position: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Department: Sales & Business Development

Location: Delhi NCR

Reporting To: Director / Business Head

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years in Interior Design, Interior Fit-Out, Construction, Architecture, Modular Furniture, or Related Industry Sales

Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and generate new business opportunities for residential, commercial, retail, office, hospitality, and healthcare interior projects. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Lead GenerationGenerate qualified leads through networking, references, site visits, digital platforms, and direct sales activities.
  • Identify and approach potential clients for interior design, renovation, and fit-out projects.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Explore new market opportunities and business channels.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship ManagementMeet prospective clients and understand their project requirements.
  • Present company profile, portfolio, and service offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, builders, consultants, and channel partners.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and encourage repeat business.
  • Sales & Revenue GenerationAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
  • Follow up with clients to maximize conversion rates.
  • Coordination with Internal TeamsCoordinate with design and project execution teams for smooth project onboarding.
  • Ensure proper handover of confirmed projects to the execution team.
  • Monitor client requirements and provide timely updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Channel Partner & Corporate Business DevelopmentDevelop business through architects, builders, property consultants, brokers, and corporate references.
  • Create strategic partnerships to generate long-term business opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue institutional and corporate interior projects.
  • Reporting & DocumentationMaintain records of leads, meetings, proposals, and sales activities.
  • Update CRM and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Track sales performance and conversion metrics.
  • Required SkillsStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent lead generation and client relationship management abilities.
  • Knowledge of interior design, fit-out, renovation, and construction industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented approach.
  • QualificationBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or any related field.
  • ExperienceMinimum 2 years of sales experience in Interior Design, Interior Fit-Out, Construction, Architecture, Modular Furniture, Real Estate, or related industry.
