IT Support Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled IT Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with network management, printer troubleshooting, and basic IT support. You will be responsible for maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure, resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth operation of printers and network systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software components.

Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues promptly.

Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.

Monitor network performance and ensure network security.

Provide technical support to end-users regarding hardware, software, and network issues.

Perform regular maintenance and updates on IT infrastructure.

Maintain inventory of hardware, software, and network components.

Assist in the implementation of IT policies and procedures.

Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference.

Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software procurement and support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Proven experience as an IT Executive or similar role.

Strong knowledge of network protocols, configurations, and troubleshooting.

Hands-on experience with printers, scanners, and peripheral device management.

Familiarity with network security practices and tools.

Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
