Job Title: Front Office Receptionist cum Telecaller
Job Description:
We are looking for a Front Office Receptionist cum Telecaller with 3–5 years of experience. The role involves handling front desk operations, attending visitors, managing calls, generating leads, and following up with potential customers. The candidate will also coordinate with internal teams, update CRM records, and ensure smooth communication and customer handling.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any stream with good communication skills (English & Hindi). Candidate should be presentable, confident, and have basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM). Good customer handling, coordination, and record-keeping skills are essential.
