Retail Sales Executive

Rocking Deals Circular Economy Limited is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, achieving sales targets, maintaining store standards, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer ServiceGreet customers and assist them in selecting products based on their needs.
• Provide accurate information about products, pricing, promotions, and offers.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Store OperationsEnsure proper display and merchandising of products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Monitor stock levels and report replenishment requirements.
• Assist in inventory management, stock counting, and audits.
• Ensure products are properly tagged and displayed.
• Billing & Cash HandlingAssist customers during billing and payment processes.
• Handle cash, card, and digital transactions accurately.
• Maintain daily sales records and reports.
• Compliance & SafetyFollow company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security standards.
• Protect company assets and prevent inventory loss.
• QualificationsMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
