Sales Executive

We are looking for a detail oriented and experienced Gem Portal executive to manage our government tendering and procurement operations. As a manufacturer of industrial lubrication Systems, our growth depends on efficiently navigating the Gem portal to list our products, participate in competitive bids, and manage orders from government departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Gem Portal Management: end to end management of the company profile on the Gem Portal, including product cataloging, listing, and updating technical specifications.
• Tender Participation: Daily monitoring of new tender notifications, analyzing bid documents, and preparing technical/ financial bids for industrial products ( grease pumps, lubrication units, etc.).
• Documentation: Ensure all product data ( OEM certificates, compliance documents, technical manuals) are accurately uploaded and compliant with Gem guidelines.
• Bid Lifecycle Management: Tracking bid status, participating in RA ( Reverse Auction), and managing the post- bid process until the contract is awarded.
• Order Processing: Co-ordinating with the production/dispatch team to ensure timely supply of goods after order receipt, and managing online documentation ( PRC/ CRAC generation).
• Reporting: Maintaining a database of active bids, won/ lost tenders, and order status for management review.
