About VoxintechVoxintech is an authorized channel partner of Datalogic (Italy) and a leading distributor of industrial sensors, barcode scanners, vision systems, and automation products in India. We serve manufacturing industries across Northern India and are expanding aggressively into the Gurgaon-Manesar industrial belt.

Role OverviewWe are looking for a hungry, technically sound Sales Engineer who knows the Gurgaon-Manesar-Bawal auto components ecosystem and can build relationships with maintenance engineers, plant heads, and purchase managers at OEMs and Tier-1/Tier-2 suppliers. You will be responsible for new customer acquisition, account growth, and order closure.

Key Responsibilities•        Visit minimum 18–20 customer factories per week across Gurgaon, Manesar, IMT Manesar, Udyog Vihar, Bawal, Neemrana, and Bhiwadi.

•        Identify and onboard new customers — Maruti Suzuki, Hero MotoCorp ancillaries, JBM Group, Sona Comstar, Minda Industries, Munjal Showa, Subros, Endurance Technologies, Rico Auto, and Tier-2/Tier-3 suppliers in the auto and engineering sector.

•        Build technical relationships with Maintenance Engineers, Production Engineers, Plant Heads, Purchase Managers, and Project Engineers.

•        Generate enquiries for Datalogic and Voxintech-branded products: ultrasonic sensors, photoelectric sensors, proximity sensors, vibration sensors, label sensors, tower lights, SMPS, temperature controllers, and barcode/vision systems.

•        Prepare technical-commercial offers, conduct product demos at customer sites, follow up on quotations until order closure.

•        Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets — typically ₹8–15 lakhs/month after a 4-month ramp-up.

•        Maintain customer database and update CRM (Zoho/Salesforce) with daily visit reports, quotations sent, and pipeline status.

•        Coordinate with the inside sales team for order processing, dispatch, and payment collection.

•        Submit weekly sales reports and monthly forecasts to the Sales Head.

•        Attend key trade shows, customer events, and Datalogic training programs.

Required Skills & Experience•        Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering.

•        Minimum 2 years of field sales experience selling industrial products to manufacturing customers in NCR.

•        Prior experience with companies such as Sick India, Pepperl+Fuchs, Omron, Keyence, Cognex, Banner, Autonics, Leuze, Wenglor, IFM, Balluff, Festo, SMC, Schneider, Siemens, Mitsubishi, or their authorized channel partners is highly preferred.

•        Sound technical understanding of industrial sensors and ability to recommend the right product for an application.

•        Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving licence (four-wheeler preferred). Heavy daily travel required.

•        Fluency in Hindi (mandatory) and working English (mandatory). Spoken Punjabi or Haryanvi is an added advantage for this region.

•        Strong negotiation and closing skills.

•        Comfortable with MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, email, and CRM tools.

•        Resident of Gurgaon, Manesar, Rewari, Dharuhera, or nearby preferred — to minimize travel time.
