Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Team Leader to manage and guide our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, mentoring team members, and ensuring the achievement of business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives
• Generate and assign leads to the team
• Monitor daily sales activities and performance
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions
• Handle client queries and support in closing deals
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Prepare sales reports and performance analysis

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales (with team handling experience)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Good knowledge of local real estate market

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience)
