Job Description
Job Title: Academic Counselor / Admission Counselor – InternX
Location: Faridabad (Work From Office)
CTC: Up to 3 LPA + Incentives
Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Academic Counselor who can guide students/professionals and convert leads into enrollments for our AI Training & Internship Programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Make 150–200 outbound calls daily to generated leads
Understand candidate profile, career goals & eligibility
Pitch InternX AI Programs confidently
Generate 10 qualified prospects per day
Schedule and conduct 3 Supervision Calls (Sup Calls) daily
Follow up with interested candidates & decision makers (parents)
Maintain daily reporting of calls, leads & conversions
Achieve weekly & monthly enrollment targets
Requirements:
6 months – 2 years experience in counseling / sales / telecalling
Strong communication & convincing skills
Comfortable with high-volume calling
Basic understanding of EdTech or willingness to learn
Target-oriented mindset
