Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors
- Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience in sales or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Customer-focused approach
- Basic knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred)
