Job Responsibilities
Generate new industrial lubricant business through field visits and cold calling
Meet factory owners, purchase managers, maintenance heads, and production teams
Develop B2B sales for industrial oils, hydraulic oils, cutting oils, greases, compressor oils, and automotive lubricants
Handle customer inquiries and maintain strong client relationships
Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities
Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth
Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and customer support
Maintain daily visit reports and sales updates
Follow up on payments and customer feedback
Promote company products professionally in the assigned territory

Candidate Requirements
Good communication and convincing skills
Confidence in cold calling and field sales
Passion for sales and business development
Basic knowledge of industrial or automotive lubricants is preferred
Ability to travel locally for customer visits
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Two-wheeler / Four-wheeler preferred
