Job Summary: GBPL, a construction company managing government-linked project sites (colleges, hospitals, government complexes), is hiring Security Guards for site-level gate duty, access control, and daily logging responsibilities. The guard will maintain multiple physical registers accurately and coordinate daily with the central CCTV Monitoring Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update the Visitor & Vehicle Entry Register for every person and vehicle entering/exiting the site (name, company, purpose, ID proof, mobile number, vehicle number, pass number, time in/out)
• Maintain a separate Employee/Labor Attendance Register for daily site workers — name, contractor, time in/out
• Maintain the Material Inward/Outward Log — record every material delivery and dispatch with vehicle number, quantity, supplier/receiver, and challan/gate pass number
• Verify ID proof and issue gate passes to visitors before allowing entry
• Check and confirm all CCTV cameras are functional at the start of shift; report any camera issue immediately
• Restrict entry to authorized personnel only; challenge and report unknown/unauthorized individuals
• Monitor for safety violations (smoking near fuel/flammable material, unsafe equipment operation) and report to site supervisor
• Ensure gate area and site perimeter cleanliness and orderliness
• Photograph and share completed register pages daily with the CCTV Monitoring Executive
• Attend a daily coordination call with the CCTV Monitoring Executive to reconcile entries and flag any discrepancies
• Report any incident, theft, or security breach immediately to the Site Supervisor
• Complete daily shift handover with incoming guard, including register status and pending issues

Requirements:

• Basic literacy — must be able to read and legibly fill registers in Hindi/English
• Physically fit for standing/walking duty and outdoor site conditions
• Prior security/gate duty experience preferred but not mandatory
• Trustworthy, disciplined, punctual
• Willing to work day/night shifts as assigned

Working Hours: As per shift roster (day/night rotation)

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां:

• साइट में आने-जाने वाले हर व्यक्ति और वाहन के लिए विज़िटर एंड व्हीकल एंट्री रजिस्टर भरना (नाम, कंपनी, उद्देश्य, आईडी प्रूफ, मोबाइल नंबर, वाहन नंबर, पास नंबर, आने-जाने का समय)
• रोज़ाना काम पर आने वाले मजदूरों के लिए अलग से कर्मचारी/लेबर अटेंडेंस रजिस्टर मेंटेन करना — नाम, ठेकेदार का नाम, आने-जाने का समय
• मैटीरियल इनवर्ड/आउटवर्ड लॉग मेंटेन करना — हर सामान की डिलीवरी और भेजे जाने का रिकॉर्ड (वाहन नंबर, मात्रा, सप्लायर/प्राप्तकर्ता, चालान/गेट पास नंबर सहित)
• विज़िटर्स को अंदर आने देने से पहले आईडी प्रूफ चेक करना और गेट पास जारी करना
• शिफ्ट शुरू होने पर सभी CCTV कैमरों की जांच करना कि वे सही से काम कर रहे हैं; किसी भी कैमरे में खराबी होने पर तुरंत रिपोर्ट करना
• केवल अधिकृत व्यक्तियों को ही अंदर आने देना; अनजान/अनधिकृत व्यक्तियों को रोकना और रिपोर्ट करना
• सुरक्षा नियमों के उल्लंघन पर नज़र रखना (ज्वलनशील सामान के पास धूम्रपान, असुरक्षित उपकरण संचालन) और साइट सुपरवाइज़र को रिपोर्ट करना
• गेट क्षेत्र और साइट की सीमा को साफ-सुथरा और व्यवस्थित रखना
• रोज़ाना भरे हुए रजिस्टर पेजों की फोटो खींचकर CCTV मॉनिटरिंग एग्ज़िक्यूटिव को भेजना
• CCTV मॉनिटरिंग एग्ज़िक्यूटिव के साथ रोज़ाना कॉल पर एंट्री का मिलान करना और किसी भी गड़बड़ी को बताना
• किसी भी घटना, चोरी या सुरक्षा उल्लंघन की जानकारी तुरंत साइट सुपरवाइज़र को देना
• शिफ्ट खत्म होने पर आने वाले गार्ड को रजिस्टर की स्थिति और लंबित मुद्दों के साथ हैंडओवर देना

आवश्यकताएं:

• बुनियादी साक्षरता — हिंदी/अंग्रेज़ी में रजिस्टर स्पष्ट रूप से भर सकें
• खड़े रहने/चलने की ड्यूटी और बाहरी साइट परिस्थितियों के लिए शारीरिक रूप से स्वस्थ
• पहले से सिक्योरिटी/गेट ड्यूटी का अनुभव हो तो बेहतर, अनिवार्य नहीं
• भरोसेमंद, अनुशासित, समय के पाबंद
• दिन/रात दोनों शिफ्ट में काम करने को तैयार

कार्य समय: शिफ्ट रोस्टर के अनुसार (दिन/रात रोटेशन)
