Hiring: Security Executive / Assistant Manager – SecurityCompany: Warehousing Express Logistics Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Sector 48, Gurugram (Work From Office)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 CTC (Depends on Interview & Experience)

Job Type: Full-Time

Coverage: PAN India Operations

• Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment, deployment, and placement of security guards across PAN India locations.
• Conduct security training, grading, and performance evaluation of guards.
• Manage vigilance activities and control room operations.
• Ensure asset protection and inventory security across the warehouse network.
• Investigate and coordinate recovery of lost or missing assets.
• Travel to warehouse locations as and when required.
• Monitor and control diesel, scrap, and power consumption processes.
• Conduct security risk assessments and identify potential threats.
• Develop and implement foolproof security plans and SOPs.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.
• Protect company assets, confidential information, and employees.
• Manage security of warehouse vehicles and transportation movements.
• Handle seal management for warehouse dispatches and inbound/outbound operations.
• Coordinate with Operations, Admin, HR, and Warehouse teams to strengthen security compliance.
• Ensure adherence to company security policies and statutory requirements.
• Eligibility3–8+ years of experience in Warehouse, Logistics, Manufacturing, or Industrial Security.
• Experience in handling security guards and agency/vendor management.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse security processes and incident handling.
• Good communication, reporting, and investigation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication.
• Willingness to travel across PAN India as per business requirements.
• Candidates from 3PL Logistics, Warehousing, Manufacturing, FMCG, E-commerce, or Supply Chain industries will be preferred.
