Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and organized Telecaller & Back Office Executive to handle customer calls, maintain records, coordinate with clients, and support daily office operations. The candidate should have good communication skills and basic computer knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Telecalling DutiesMake outbound and receive inbound customer calls.
- Explain company products/services to customers.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries.
- Maintain customer relationships and resolve basic queries.
- Update call records and customer details in the system.
Back Office Duties
- Maintain data entries and office records.
- Prepare reports, invoices, and documentation.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams.
- Handle emails and administrative tasks.
