Job Description

Identify and acquire new loan customers through calls

Explain loan products, interest rates, repayment schedules, and eligibility criteria to customers.

Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.

Assess applicants' financial status, credit history, and repayment capacity.

Coordinate with credit, underwriting, and operations teams for loan approval.

Monitor loan portfolios and ensure timely repayments.

Follow up on overdue accounts and support collection activities when required.

Maintain accurate customer records and loan documentation.

Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures.
