Position: Warehouse Supervisor

Role Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing inventory, supervising warehouse staff, and ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of goods. The role includes maintaining safety standards, operational efficiency, and proper documentation within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure proper documentation of inward and outward materials.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.
• Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily tasks.
• Conduct regular stock verification and inventory audits.
• Ensure timely loading and unloading of materials.
• Monitor material handling to avoid damage or loss.
• Prepare warehouse reports and maintain records.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate major concerns to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in warehouse operations.
• Experience in inventory management and warehouse supervision.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and warehouse management systems.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Experience in handling dispatch, stock management, and vendor coordination.
