Job Description

Role involves overseeing a company's online sales presence, managing digital storefronts, and optimising the customer shopping journey. Responsibilities typically include driving digital marketing campaigns, analyzing web traffic, and coordinating with logistics to ensure seamless order fulfilment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Platform Management: Optimize online product catalogs, upload product listings, and maintain smooth website functionality.
  • Sales & Marketing: Execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, email) to increase online traffic and conversion rates.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key metrics like ROI, cart abandonment rates, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Customer Support & Operations: Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to guarantee smooth order processing, delivery, and returns management.
  • User Experience (UX): Test website interfaces across desktop and mobile to remove friction in the checkout process.


Typical Requirements


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail.
