Vcare Technical Institute is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our IT, AI, Robotics, Digital Marketing, Language, and Study Abroad programs.
The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling student inquiries, conducting counselling sessions, building partnerships with schools and colleges, and driving admissions through online and offline marketing activities.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, sales, marketing, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business DevelopmentGenerate admissions and course enrollments through direct sales activities.
- Handle leads received from websites, social media, Google Ads, and referrals.
- Conduct follow-up calls and meetings with prospective students.
- Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counselling and relationship management.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Marketing ActivitiesExecute online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Promote courses through social media, WhatsApp, email marketing, and local campaigns.
- Participate in educational fairs, seminars, workshops, and career guidance events.
- Coordinate promotional activities with schools, colleges, and corporate organizations.
- Assist in planning and executing lead-generation campaigns.
- Relationship ManagementBuild partnerships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and corporate organizations.
- Maintain long-term relationships with students and business partners.
- Collect feedback and improve customer satisfaction.
- Reporting & CRMMaintain lead records and follow-up status.
- Update CRM and admission databases regularly.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong sales and convincing ability.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools, and social media platforms.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- Preferred QualificationsGraduate or pursuing graduation.
- Experience in Education Sales, EdTech, Training Institutes, Study Abroad, or Digital Marketing preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
