Job Description
- Coordinate and manage on-ground execution of events, activations, and promotional activities.
- Supervise billboard installations, branding placements, and ensure quality execution as per requirements.
- Visit sites regularly to monitor ongoing work and resolve operational issues.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams for smooth execution.
- Ensure timelines and operational standards are maintained during projects.
- Maintain daily operational reports, tracker sheets, and documentation in Excel.
- Prepare and update data related to inventory, billing, vendor details, and project status.
- Share execution updates, photographs, and completion reports with the management team.
- Support in logistics planning and material coordination for events and campaigns.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of branding materials and operational assets.
