Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

As an Operation HR Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling day-to-day HR operations at assigned client locations
  • Coordinating with clients for workforce management and resolving operational issues
  • Managing attendance, leave records, and providing accurate payroll inputs
  • Supporting payroll processing and ensuring timely salary coordination
  • Ensuring statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labour laws) is properly maintained
  • Client Coordination & Expansion Support:
  • Coordinating with existing clients for smooth operations
  • Providing HR operational support at new client locations during onboarding and setup
  • Handling client queries and ensuring timely issue resolution
  • Supporting business expansion activities by assisting in new client implementation
  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Assisting in manpower planning and requirement gathering from clients
  • Coordinating recruitment activities and ensuring timely closures
  • Managing employee onboarding, documentation, and deployment
  • Operations & Reporting:
  • Maintaining proper documentation and employee records
  • Preparing MIS reports and sharing updates with reporting managers
  • Ensuring smooth communication between clients, field staff, and internal teams
  • Team & Process Support:
  • Supporting Team Leader and Operations Head in daily operational tasks
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies and operational processes
  • Identifying process gaps and suggesting improvements
