Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate recording of all transactions
  • Handle Accounts Payable & Receivable (invoicing, collections, vendor payments)
  • Prepare and process journal entries, ledgers, and bank reconciliations
  • Manage GST compliance (returns filing, reconciliation, input/output tracking)
  • Assist in preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
  • Monitor expenses and ensure proper documentation and approvals
  • Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits
  • Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation calculations
  • Ensure compliance with TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations
  • Support budgeting and financial planning activities
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
