Job Description
- Invoice Generation: Preparing and issuing accurate sales invoices using accounting software like Tally Prime or ERP systems.
- Tax Compliance: Handling GST (Goods and Services Tax), TDS (Tax Deducted at Source), and generating E-invoices and E-way bills required for moving goods.
- Payment Tracking: Monitoring accounts receivable (AR), following up on outstanding dues from clients, and reconciling customer ledgers.
- Record Maintenance: Maintaining organized digital and physical records of all billing transactions and financial documents.
- Internal Coordination: Working with the production and logistics teams to verify inventory movement and ensure accurate billing
