Job Description
Job Summary:
The Centre Head will be responsible for overall management of the education centre, including operations, academic delivery, team management, student satisfaction, and business growth. The role requires a balance of leadership, administration, and revenue accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Centre Operations Management
Oversee daily operations of the centre ensuring smooth functioning
Maintain infrastructure, facilities, and discipline standards
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
2. Academic Excellence
Monitor quality of teaching and curriculum delivery
Support and guide faculty to improve student outcomes
Track student performance, attendance, and feedback
Ensure timely completion of syllabus and assessments
3. Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and manage faculty and administrative staff
Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback
Build a positive and productive work environment
4. Business Development & Admissions
Drive student admissions and achieve revenue targets
Plan and execute marketing activities, seminars, and outreach programs
Build relationships with schools, parents, and local communities
5. Parent & Student Engagement
Handle parent queries, counseling, and grievance resolution
Ensure high levels of student satisfaction and retention
Conduct PTMs, orientation sessions, and feedback meetings
6. Financial & MIS Management
Manage centre budget, expenses, and profitability
Generate and analyze MIS reports for performance tracking
Ensure fee collection and minimize outstanding dues
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA / Education preferred)
3–8 years of experience in education, training, or centre management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Sales and target-oriented mindset
Good understanding of operations and process management
