Job Description:

Position: Customer Care Executive

Location: Gift City, Gandhinagar, Gujarat

Qualification : Graduation is Mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle inbound/outbound customer queries related to banking services.

· Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.

· Maintain service quality and follow company guidelines and compliance.

· Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions.

. Basic understanding of the company’s products and services.

Eligibility Criteria:

· Freshers or Experienced both are welcome.

. Graduation is mandatory.

· For Experienced person (Offer letter, Exp letter & last 3 months pay slip or bank statement required)

· Communication Skills: Average communication skills in Hindi and English.

· Typing Skills: Basic typing speed required.

· Language Skills: Should be able to read English and translate from English to Hindi.

Working Conditions:

· 5 days working

· 2 rotational week offs
