• Billing & POS operations.
• Inventory management and stock control.
• Receiving, returns & exchanges.
• Store opening & closing procedures.
• Cash handling processes.

Food Safety & FSSAI Training

• Product storage standards.
• FIFO implementation.
• Hygiene and cleanliness practices.
• FSSAI compliance and food safety guidelines.

Training Material Development

• Prepare SOP manuals.
• Create presentations, videos and quizzes.
• Update training content as per new products and processes.
