Job description - Service Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
📞 Customer Handling
Receive service calls/emails for appliances like AC, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, etc.
Register complaints and create service requests/job cards
Communicate with customers regarding service status
🛠️ Service Coordination
Assign and dispatch technicians based on location and urgency
Schedule appointments and follow-ups
Track service progress until completion
📊 Documentation & System Work
Maintain service records, job sheets, and reports
Update CRM/ERP systems regularly
Ensure accurate data entry and documentation
⚙️ Team Coordination
Coordinate with field technicians and spare parts team
Handle escalations and urgent service issues
Support service manager in daily operations
