Job Description

 Follow store opening and closing protocols.

 Maintain Discipline and punctuality

 Follow Grooming standards as per company guidelines.

 Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

 Prepare food items as per company SOPs by maintaining MRD.

 Ensure all equipment is used according to safety guidelines and operational procedures.

 Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment.

 Taking orders from the customers and providing them with the accurate information about the menu items.

 Taking effective online orders and handling correct packages to delivery partners.

 Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

 Handling cash, online and other payments.

 Cleaning the stores including customer area, kitchen area and storage area.

 Ensure the safety and security of the store premises at all times

 Learning about the key parameters that help maintain store performance and improve audit scores.

 Timely completion of training courses in Waffle Academy
