Telecalling Executive

Sales & Revenue Growth: Make ~35 outbound calls per day to potential and existing customers, securing new business (40% acquisition), and developing existing accounts (30% development/30% maintenance).

Customer Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact for telephone customers, addressing sales and post-sales needs to maintain service satisfaction.

Upselling/Cross-selling: Increase revenue by offering additional services and utilizing upselling tactics.

Account Management: Open new accounts, maintain accurate customer database information, and ensure profitable trading.

Reporting & Compliance: Complete daily/weekly productivity reports, adhere to regional profit margin guidelines, and follow up on customer inquiries.

Required Skills and QualificationsCommunication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and local languages, such as Hindi or Gujarati, are often required).

Sales Experience: Proven experience in B2B telesales or a similar sales role, with a focus on cold calling and lead generation.

Customer Focus: Ability to provide high-quality service and manage client relationships via phone.Target-Oriented: Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
