🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and manage walk-in clients at the project site
• Conduct site visits and explain project details, pricing & payment plans
• Handle customer queries and convert leads into bookings
• Coordinate with CRM and sales team for follow-ups
• Maintain daily reports of site visits and conversions
• Assist in booking procedures and documentation
• Ensure proper presentation of site office & sample flats
• Support marketing campaigns, events & broker meets

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate (MBA preferred)
• 1–4 years of experience in real estate sales/site handling
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Presentable and customer-oriented personality
• Willingness to work on weekends
