Key Responsibilities & Duties – Senior MIS Executive
• Managing MIS reports, data entry, and record maintenance.
• Preparing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using MS Office.
• Handling office communication and administrative coordination.
• Using ChatGPT and AI tools for drafting and reporting support.
• Managing website updates and social media platforms.
• Designing posters and digital creatives using Canva.
• Maintaining databases, reports, and confidential records.
• Supporting management with data analysis and reporting.
• Providing basic technical and operational support.
• Maintaining accounts, vouchers, cash book, and bank reconciliation.
• Preparing financial reports, budgets, and expense statements.
• Managing payroll, statutory compliance, and financial documentation.
• Ensuring proper documentation, audit support, and record verification.
• Monitoring project/grant expenses and proper fund utilization.
