Job Description
- Main ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end import and export operations
- Prepare and verify shipping and customs documents
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters, and customs brokers
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, DGFT rules, GST, INCOTERMS, and customs procedures
- Track shipments and resolve delays or clearance issues
- Negotiate freight rates and contracts with logistics vendors
- Maintain records of invoices, bills of lading, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.
- Liaise with banks regarding LC (Letter of Credit), payments, and export documentation
- Monitor international market trends and trade policies
- Generate MIS reports and cost analysis for management
- Work with sales, procurement, warehouse, and finance teams for smooth trade operations
- Required SkillsTechnical SkillsKnowledge of import/export documentation

- DGFT, ICEGATE, GST, INCOTERMS knowledge
