Job Description

  • Main ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize e-commerce websites and online marketplaces
  • Upload and maintain product listings, pricing, descriptions, and inventory
  • Monitor sales performance, website traffic, and conversion rates
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for SEO, ads, email campaigns, and promotions
  • Handle online customer experience and order fulfillment processes
  • Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports
  • Manage relationships with marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho
  • Work with logistics and warehouse teams for smooth delivery operations
  • Monitor competitor pricing and market trends
  • Improve website UX/UI and product discoverability
  • Coordinate return, refund, and customer support processes
